About Us

We provide outreach and supported living for autistic people and people with a learning disability across the South Midlands, working from a base in Droitwich. Our support happens in people's own homes and in their own communities rather than in a building we own, and that is deliberate.

Autism is not a problem to be solved and we do not approach it as one. Our starting point is the individual, how they communicate, what they find overwhelming, what they enjoy and what they want their week to contain. Some of the people we support need help with practical things such as cooking, budgeting, appointments and transport. Others need someone alongside them while they manage anxiety, navigate services or take on something new like a job, a course or a tenancy. Many need both at different times.

We work with a lot of younger adults, often at the point where children's support ends and adult life begins. That transition can be abrupt and frightening, and we try to make it less so by planning early, moving at the person's pace and giving proper notice about any change.
