About Care Force
We are Care Force, a home care agency based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. We support older people in their own homes, including those living with dementia, people managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Most people come to us because daily life has become harder than it was and they would rather have help at home than give the home up. Our job is to keep that a realistic choice for as long as it can be, whether that means one call each morning or several visits covering personal care, medication, meals, getting about safely and the running of a household. Supporting somebody with a mental health condition at home asks for consistency above all. What helps is a carer who arrives as arranged, does not take a difficult day personally, and is not so easily put off that they disappear when things get harder. Where there is a sensory impairment we communicate in the way that works for the person and leave the home exactly as we found it, because that is a matter of safety. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
