Right at Home Reading and Wokingham District supports people in their own homes across Reading, Wokingham and the surrounding area. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with people who have physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, and with younger adults who need support to live independently. We build our visits around companionship as much as tasks, because a rushed call that gets the jobs done and nothing else is not much use to somebody who has spent the day alone.
