About Nest HomeCare

We are Nest HomeCare in Windsor, a home care agency supporting people across Windsor and Maidenhead in their own homes. Home is where a person's routines, belongings and neighbours already are, and for most of the people we work with, staying there is the entire point. Our job is to fill the gaps that have opened up rather than to take over the parts of life somebody still manages perfectly well. We support older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals, shopping or keeping the house in order. We support people living with dementia, where continuity of carer matters enormously, so we keep the team around each person small and make sure the face at the door is one they know. We also work with people who have a physical disability, offering practical help with mobility and daily tasks while leaving decisions where they belong, with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we communicate to suit the individual, and with younger adults who want assistance that makes work, study and ordinary plans possible. Every arrangement starts with a visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. We agree the detail, write it down clearly and review it as circumstances change rather than waiting for a crisis. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us good overall. If you are considering care at home in this area, we would be glad to visit and talk it through with you.
