About Us
E Vena Healthcare provides care and support to people in their own homes in and around Rugby. We are a home care agency, so we come to you and build support around the house you already live in and the routine you already have.
We support older people who are finding parts of the day harder than they used to. That might mean help getting up, washed and dressed, prompting or assistance with medication, preparing meals, shopping, laundry, or a hand with the correspondence and appointments that pile up. We also support younger adults who need practical help to live the way they choose.
A good deal of our work is with people living with dementia and the families around them. Consistency is what helps most, so we send the same small group of carers wherever we can, we take our time on a visit rather than working through a list, and we tell relatives honestly how things are going instead of waiting to be asked.
Support can be a single short daily call or several visits across the day, and it can be stepped up after illness or a hospital stay and eased back as somebody recovers. We review arrangements regularly rather than letting a plan go stale.
