About Us

Roses Healthcare provides care in people's own homes in Northampton and the surrounding area. Home care is the whole of what we do, and concentrating on one thing means we know it properly.

Most people come to us because daily life has become harder to manage and they would much rather stay where they are. What makes that possible is different in every household. It can be a short call first thing for washing, dressing and breakfast, several visits across the day, support with medication, help getting out to appointments, or a longer visit that gives a family carer a genuine break.

We meet the person before anything starts, agree what will actually help rather than what is easiest to arrange, and put it in plain writing. When needs change, we change the plan rather than leaving in place something agreed months ago.

Our carers are expected to take their time. A rushed visit is often worse than none at all, and hurrying somebody is how small problems get missed.

We keep the same carers going to the same homes wherever the rota allows, because being helped with private things is much easier with a familiar face. Our most recent rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please ring us if you would like to talk through what would help.
