About Us
We are a support provider based in Northampton, working with adults in their own homes and in supported accommodation. The people we support include younger adults, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults.
Our starting point is that the home belongs to the person. We are there because we are wanted and needed, not because we run the place, and that shapes everything we do. We look first at what somebody already manages well and build support around the rest, whether that is personal care, managing medication, keeping a tenancy and household going, or being alongside a person while they get out to work, college or an activity.
Where somebody communicates differently, we learn how before we begin rather than assuming, and we write plans in a form the person can actually use rather than filing them away about them.
People should have a real say in who supports them and how, and we treat that as a genuine matter rather than a formality. Consistent staffing makes it possible, so we keep the same small group of people together wherever the rota allows.
