About Us

Dobix Healthcare provides support at home for people in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire. The people we visit include older people, younger adults, people with a learning disability or autism and people managing mental health conditions.

Everything begins with a proper conversation in your own home about your routine, your preferences and where help would make the biggest difference. Support can cover personal care and medication, cooking, shopping and housework, help getting out into the community or to work and college, or company for somebody who sees very few people in a week. We think carefully about matching carers to the people they visit, because the right fit makes more difference than anything written in a plan, and we keep teams small so familiar faces turn up.

We have a plan of work in place, we are progressing it and we are reporting on that progress to the inspectors and to the local authority.
