About Us

At Blossom24 Healthcare and Training, we provide home care across Northampton and the wider West Northamptonshire area, supporting people to live well in the comfort of their own homes. We are proud to have received a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our team brings to every visit and every relationship we build with the people we support.

We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We understand that no two people are the same, and we take the time to get to know each person properly before putting any care in place. That means listening carefully, involving families where appropriate, and making sure support genuinely fits around someone's life rather than the other way around.

Home care done well is about more than just tasks being completed. It is about the person answering the door feeling respected, heard, and at ease with whoever is coming in. Our team is trained to a high standard and we take that responsibility seriously, particularly when supporting people who may be living with complex conditions or who need care that is consistent and carefully considered.

We also take pride in the training side of what we do. Getting care right starts with making sure the people delivering it are properly equipped, and that runs through everything we do as an organisation.

If you are looking for care for yourself or someone close to you, or if you simply want to find out more about what we offer, we would genuinely welcome the conversation. We are here to help people find the right support, and we will always be straightforward and honest about what we can provide.
