About Us
Domiciliary Care Agency Surrey provides care in people's own homes, working across Wandsworth and neighbouring parts of south London. We support older people, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, those with sight or hearing loss and younger adults.
Most people who contact us want to stay in their own home and need practical help to make that possible. Sometimes that is a single morning visit for help with washing, dressing and medicines. Sometimes it builds into several calls a day, or steady support for a younger adult managing a household and keeping appointments and commitments on track.
We start with a proper conversation about what is genuinely difficult and what is not, because support that arrives where it was not wanted is as unhelpful as support that never arrives at all. From there we agree a plan, keep a small consistent team visiting, and review honestly as things change.
London traffic makes home care rotas fragile, so we are careful about how much we take on in an area. We would rather cover fewer households dependably than spread ourselves and start missing calls.
