About Us
We provide care at home in Chingford, Loughton and the surrounding parts of Waltham Forest and north east London. We support older adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and younger adults, helping with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and keeping a home running.
Our aim is that our visits make somebody's own home workable again rather than merely supervised. That distinction matters. We are there to help with what has become difficult, not to take over what a person can still manage, and the quickest way to make somebody less able is to do everything for them.
Reliability is the part we work hardest at, because it is the part that fails most often in this industry. We keep rounds realistic, we do not promise a pattern of visits we cannot staff, and we let people know in advance when something has to move.
