About Us

We provide care at home for people across Waltham Forest and the surrounding parts of London. Our carers come to you, and what they do is shaped by what you have asked for, not by a standard package. That might be help getting up and dressed, support with medication, preparing meals, housework and shopping, help getting out to appointments or simply time and company.

The people we visit are varied. Many are older, and a good number are living with dementia. We also support younger adults, people with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss, people with a learning disability or autism, and people managing mental health conditions. Because the range is wide, we take care over matching. The right carer for one person is not the right carer for another, and we would rather spend time getting that fit correct at the start.
