About JayasCare

JayasCare provides home care to adults in Birmingham, Walsall and the surrounding area. We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autism, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, and people who have sight or hearing loss. Everything starts with a conversation about how your day currently runs and where it becomes difficult. From there the visits get built around you. That might be a short call in the morning to help with washing, dressing, medicines and breakfast, or support several times a day covering meals, the household, shopping and getting out and about. We would rather agree something we can reliably deliver than promise a pattern that collapses in the first busy week. Familiar faces make a great deal of difference, particularly for anybody living with dementia or for somebody who finds new people unsettling, so we keep the team around each person as small as we can manage and tell you when it has to change. Where somebody communicates in their own way, or has sight or hearing loss, we learn how they prefer to be approached rather than expecting them to adapt to us. Families are usually involved and often they ring us first, worried and unsure where to begin. We are glad to talk it through without obligation.
