About Us

RivaHealth Clinics provides care and support to people in their own homes in Sale and across Trafford. We work with older people and younger adults, with people who have learning disabilities and autism, with people managing mental health conditions, with people affected by alcohol or drug misuse, and with people who have physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment.

That is a broad range and it reflects the fact that people's lives are rarely tidy. Somebody may be managing a long term health condition while also coming through a difficult period with alcohol, or living with a learning disability alongside a mental health condition. We try to look at the whole situation rather than the referral heading, and we plan support with the person rather than for them.

Our staff help with personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out into the community. Often the most valuable part is simply reliability, because turning up when we said we would does more than any individual task on a plan.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating.
