About Us

At Woodhall Support, we provide home care across Telford and the wider Telford and Wrekin area, supporting people to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with mental health conditions or physical disabilities, and we tailor the support we offer around each person's individual circumstances and preferences.
