About Us

At Tidings of Great Joy, we provide home care support to people living in Telford and the wider Telford and Wrekin area. We come to you, working within your own home so that you can maintain your independence, your routines and the life you have built for yourself.

We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, visual or hearing impairments, and eating disorders. We do not take a one size fits all approach. Every person we support has their own story, their own preferences and their own way of doing things, and we make it our business to understand that properly before we begin.

Good home care is built on trust, and trust takes time and consistency.
