About Us
The Care Bureau in Telford provides care and support to people in their own homes across Telford and Wrekin. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with people who have learning disabilities and autism, with people managing mental health conditions and with people who have physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment.
Supporting such a range of people means there is no house style of care. An older person who wants a little help in the morning and otherwise wants to be left in peace needs something quite different from a younger adult working towards greater independence. So each arrangement begins with what the person is trying to achieve rather than with a list of tasks, and the plan is made with them rather than for them.
