About Us

Supreme Homecare provides care and support to people in their own homes in Telford and across Telford and Wrekin. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions or an eating disorder, people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss, and people dealing with alcohol or drug misuse.

Supporting that range of needs means standard packages are little use, so we do not work from them. Every arrangement begins with a visit and a proper conversation about what is genuinely difficult, what the person wants to keep doing for themselves and what would make the greatest difference to their week.

From there, our support may include personal care, prompting and help with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, shopping, laundry and housework, or support to get out to appointments, education or work.

Our carers are trained for the specific needs they support and supervised properly, and we keep teams consistent wherever the rota allows, because home care depends on the relationship as much as on the task.
