About Us
At Sanctuary Supported Living Oleander House, we provide home care to people living in Telford and the wider Telford and Wrekin area. We support a broad range of individuals, including older people, younger adults, people living with a learning disability or autism, those experiencing mental health difficulties, and people with physical disabilities. Our aim is straightforward: to help each person live as independently and comfortably as possible in their own home, in a way that genuinely suits them.
We understand that inviting a care team into your home is a big step, and we take that trust seriously. Every person we support has their own story, their own routines, and their own preferences, and we make sure our approach reflects that. We take time to get to know the people we work with before we start, so that care feels familiar and consistent from the outset rather than something imposed from outside.
Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of Good, which we are proud of. It reflects the effort our team puts in day to day and the standards we hold ourselves to. That said, we never treat a good rating as a reason to stand still. We continue to look at how we can improve and respond to feedback from the people we support and their families.
If you are looking for home care support in Telford, whether for yourself or someone you care about, we would be glad to have a conversation about what we can offer. We know that finding the right support can feel overwhelming, and we are here to make that process as straightforward as we can. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly to discuss your needs or ask any questions you might have.
