About Us

We are a home care agency based in Telford, supporting people in their own homes across Telford and Wrekin. We work with older people, including many living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability or autism, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or sight and hearing loss, and with younger adults.

Because the people we support differ so much, so does the support. For some it is brief daily calls covering personal care, medication and a meal. For others it is longer visits built around independence, getting out of the house, keeping appointments and managing the parts of life that have become difficult. For a family close to breaking point, it may simply be dependable help at the times of day that had become impossible.

We agree the support with the person first, write it down clearly and review it properly when things change rather than leaving a plan to gather dust.

We try to keep the same carers with the same people, because care given by somebody who knows you is better care, and because a familiar carer is the one who spots that today is not like other days.
