About Us
We provide care at home in Telford and across Shropshire, supporting older adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and younger adults.
Most of the people we visit want the same thing, which is to stay where they are without the place becoming a hospital. So we fit around the household rather than reorganising it. The furniture stays where it is, the routine stays as it was, and we work out how to help within that rather than asking somebody to adapt to us.
We are honest about the limits of visiting care. There is a point at which half an hour four times a day is not enough to keep somebody safe, and we would rather say so early than let a family discover it during a crisis.
Our carers are asked to notice and report the quiet signals: post stacking up, food going out of date, a person wearing the same clothes two days running. Those are usually the first sign that something has shifted.
We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather state that plainly than write around the gap. Ask us how we recruit and train, and meet the carers before anything begins.
