About Us

We provide complex care in people's own homes in Telford and the surrounding area. Complex is a word worth unpacking, and for us it means supporting people whose needs would once have meant moving into a hospital or a care home, in their own houses instead.

We support older people, people living with dementia, adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired. We also support people living with eating disorders and people working through problems with alcohol or drugs.

That kind of work depends on carers who are properly trained for the individual they are supporting, not just generally competent. We build small, well briefed teams around each person, we train to the specifics of their condition and their preferences and we keep close working relationships with the clinicians involved so nothing falls between one part of the system and another.
