About Us

Health Tech Group provides care and support to people in their own homes in Telford and across the Telford and Wrekin area. We are a home care agency, so we fit around the house somebody already lives in and the routine they already have.

We support older people who need help with the parts of the day that have become difficult, from getting up and washed through to managing medication, preparing meals, doing the shopping and keeping the house in order. We support people with physical disabilities, where the right equipment and enough time usually matter more than anything else. And we support younger adults who want practical help arranged around their own commitments rather than in place of them.

Much of our work is with people living with dementia. Consistency is what helps most, so we try hard to send the same small team of carers to the same person, we take our time on a visit, and we keep relatives properly in the picture rather than waiting to be asked.

Support can start small and grow, or be stepped up for a few weeks after illness or a hospital stay and then eased back. We review arrangements regularly rather than letting a plan go stale.
