About Us
Everready Health and Social Care Solutions provides support to people in their own homes in Telford and across the surrounding area. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability or are autistic, with people managing mental health conditions including eating disorders, and with people who have physical disabilities or sight and hearing loss.
Our visits cover the practical business of making home life manageable: getting up and going to bed, washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, meals, shopping and housework, along with support to get out to appointments or to see people. What that looks like differs from one household to the next, and we plan it with the person rather than for them.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather say that plainly than have anyone come across it later. We have gone through what the inspection identified, particularly how we plan and record care and how we supervise and support our carers, and we have made changes. We are happy to talk through the detail with anyone considering us.
Continuity matters to us and we try to keep the same carers visiting the same households, with enough time to do the job properly.
