About Us

Here at The Field Lane Foundation, based in the heart of Ipswich, Suffolk, we provide home care that allows people to remain in the place they know best: their own home. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people with learning disabilities or autism, tailoring the support we offer to fit around each person's life rather than the other way around.

We know that inviting someone into your home, or into the home of someone you love, requires a great deal of trust. That is something we take seriously. Our team takes time to get to know the people we support, understanding their routines, their preferences, and what matters most to them day to day. Good care, in our view, is built on genuine relationships and honest communication, not just task completion.
