About Us
Trinity Homecare in the east of England provides care and support to people in their own homes, working from Bury St Edmunds and covering the surrounding area. The people we work with include older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss.
We build support around relationships rather than tasks. Short calls in and out of the door do not suit most of the people who come to us, so our visits are long enough to do things properly and to have a conversation while doing them. Company is often the part that makes the biggest difference, and it is not an extra.
Matching matters. We think carefully about who visits whom, taking account of interests and temperament as well as the practical help needed, and we keep the same small team with each person so that nobody is greeted by a stranger.
Support covers personal care, medication, meals, housework, shopping, getting out to appointments or somewhere sociable, and respite for families carrying a good deal on their own. For autistic people we give notice of change well in advance.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and clear that it describes how we were found rather than a permanent state of affairs, so we keep working at it. Please get in touch.
