About Us
At Wentworth Community Care, we provide home care support to people living in Stafford and across Staffordshire, helping individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as they choose to do so.
We work with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. Because no two people are the same, we take the time to understand each person as an individual, building support around their routines, preferences, and goals rather than fitting them into a one size fits all approach.
Our team genuinely cares about the people we support. We know that inviting someone into your home takes trust, and we do not take that lightly. Whether someone needs a short visit each day or more regular support throughout the week, we aim to be consistent, reliable, and respectful in everything we do. Continuity matters enormously in home care, and we work hard to make sure people see familiar faces and feel at ease with those supporting them.
We are proud to hold a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the standard of care we work to maintain every day. It is not something we treat as a finish line but rather as encouragement to keep listening, keep improving, and keep putting the people we support at the centre of everything.
If you are looking for home care support for yourself or a loved one in the Stafford area, we would be glad to have a conversation about how we might be able to help. There is no pressure and no obligation, just a straightforward chat about what you need and whether we are the right fit.
