About Us

We provide care at home in Stafford and the surrounding area, visiting people in their own houses so that daily life can carry on in familiar surroundings. Our work starts with understanding how somebody actually lives and what has become difficult, rather than with a standard package that people are expected to fit.

We support older people, including those living with dementia, where sending the same carers at times that make sense to the person does more good than anything else we can offer. We work with adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, and with younger adults who need support to live independently. We also support people living with mental health needs, where reliability and a calm manner count for more than anything technical, people with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adjusting how we communicate so that nothing important is lost.

Visits range from a short morning call through to more substantial support across the day, covering personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and company.
