About Heartfelt Care

Heartfelt Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Yeovil and the surrounding parts of Somerset. Letting someone into your home takes trust, and we try to earn it visit by visit rather than assume it. Much of our work is with older adults, helping with personal care, medication, meals and the practical jobs that have become harder to manage. We support people living with dementia, and we have learned that continuity is everything there. A carer who already knows the household, the routine and the stories can do far more good in half an hour than a stranger can in twice the time. We also support adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, people living with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who want support that fits around their own plans. Care is built around each person. Some want a single morning visit, others need several calls across the day or longer periods of support. We review arrangements properly rather than letting them drift out of date. The Care Quality Commission rated us good at our most recent inspection.
