About Us

We are Altogether Care, and this is our care at home team covering Yeovil and the surrounding parts of Somerset. We visit people in their own houses and flats, for anything from one short call a day to several visits and longer periods of support. We help older people with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and the household jobs that become harder over time. We support adults living with dementia, where the same familiar faces arriving at predictable times do more good than anything else we can offer. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, and people with physical disabilities, and a good number of the people on our books are younger adults who want support that steps back as their confidence grows. Yeovil sits in a rural county and we plan our rounds with that in mind, so that visits arrive when they are meant to and nobody is left waiting. If we are running behind we ring and say so. Every package starts with a conversation at home, because a form will not tell you what actually matters to somebody. We write the plan with the person, review it, and change it when circumstances change. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
