About Us

Here at Amber Home Care, we provide care and support to people in their own homes across the Radstock area and the wider Somerset community. We believe that staying at home, surrounded by familiar faces and personal comforts, makes a real difference to people's wellbeing, and our work is centred around making that possible.

We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. No two people are the same, and we take time to get to know each person properly before putting a care plan in place. What matters to you matters to us, and we work closely with people and their families to make sure the support we provide genuinely reflects individual needs, routines, and preferences.

We are proud to hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the effort and commitment of our whole team. It is something we do not take for granted, and we continually look at how we can improve and do better for the people in our care.

Our carers are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and supported on an ongoing basis. We want the people who work for us to feel confident and valued, because we know that when staff feel supported, the people they care for benefit directly from that.
