Voyage Somerset and Devon provides support to people in their own homes and communities across Bridgwater and the wider region. We work with adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults and people managing mental ill health. The people we support are adults with their own tenancies, their own routines and their own plans, and our job is to make those plans workable rather than to take them over. Support is built with each person and reviewed as things change, which they do, particularly when someone is gaining confidence and wants more control over their week.
