About Us

Apollo Home Healthcare in the West Midlands provides care and support to people in their own homes. We are based in Wolverhampton and we work with people across the surrounding area.

Home care covers a very wide range of need, from a short daily visit to substantial support for somebody with a complex condition who needs a trained team around them. What stays the same is the setting. We are working in somebody's house, on their terms, and that shapes how we behave. We fit in with the household, follow the routines that are already there, and keep our presence as unobtrusive as the care allows.

Before any support begins, we assess carefully and agree a plan with the person and, where they wish, with their family. Care staff are trained for the specific needs of the person they will be visiting, not just in general terms, and we keep teams consistent so that families are not forever explaining things to somebody new.
