About Us
Hands on Care Homecare supports people in their own homes in Market Drayton and across the surrounding parts of Shropshire. We are a home care agency, which means our care workers come to you, and the support is built around keeping people in their own homes.
We support older people, including many living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults. That is a wide range, and the only honest way to handle it is to start with the person rather than the category, so we sit down first and work out what would genuinely make a difference.
This is a rural part of the county and a good number of the people we visit live some way from the nearest town, which we are used to.
