About Us

Woodlands Home Care is a home care agency based at Croesoswallt in Shropshire, supporting people in their own homes across the surrounding area.

Calls range from half an hour in the morning through to several visits a day, covering personal care, medication, meals, safe movement around the house, shopping and appointments.
