About Care Nexus

Care Nexus provides care and support to people in their own homes across Redbridge and the surrounding parts of London. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions or an eating disorder, people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss, and people dealing with alcohol or drug misuse. Supporting that range of needs means we cannot work from standard packages, and we do not try to. Every arrangement begins with a visit and a proper conversation about what is actually difficult, what the person wants to keep doing for themselves and what would make the biggest difference. From there, our support may include personal care, prompting and help with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving safely, shopping, laundry and housework, or support to get out to appointments, education or work. Our carers are trained for the specific needs they support and supervised properly, and we keep teams consistent wherever the rota allows, because home care depends on the relationship as much as the task. We work alongside families and the professionals involved so that support is joined up. If you are considering care at home in this area, please contact us and we will arrange to visit.
