About Step Ahead Care Services

Step Ahead Care provides care at home for people in Ilford and the surrounding parts of Redbridge. We support people in the place they know best, with as much or as little help as they need, from a single call each morning through to several visits a day. For older people we help with washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, meals and drinks, laundry, shopping and keeping the home comfortable.
