About Us
We are Secure Care London, a home care agency supporting adults in Ilford and the surrounding parts of London. We provide care and support in people's own homes.
We work with people living with dementia, adults who have learning disabilities or are autistic, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Those are quite different kinds of support and we would rather acknowledge that than pretend a single approach suits them all. What they have in common is that the plan is agreed with the person rather than handed over to them.
Practically, our visits might cover personal care, support with medication, meals, help around the house and shopping, getting out to appointments or groups, and company. In a diverse part of London we also pay attention to language, faith and food as a matter of course.
