About Us
Modern Life Healthcare provides care and support in people's own homes across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We work with older people and with younger adults whose health, mobility or memory makes everyday life harder than it used to be.
A visit from us might involve help with washing and dressing, support with medication, preparing a meal, doing the shopping or keeping on top of the house. It might also be about company and routine, which matter more than people often admit. We agree the shape of the support with the person first, and with family where the person wants them involved.
We support people living with dementia, and we build our rounds so that the same carers visit the same people wherever we can manage it.
