About Us
Calverton Supreme Home Care supports people in their own homes across Nottingham and the surrounding parts of Nottinghamshire. We work with older people and younger adults, including people living with dementia, people living with a mental health condition, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss.
The point of what we do is to keep life recognisable. Staying at home means keeping your own bed, your own kitchen, your own view out of the window and your own way of doing things, and with the right support a great many people can carry on doing exactly that. We start by finding out how you live now and what has become hard, and we build the help around that.
Support ranges from a short daily call through to several visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and getting out. We keep the team around each person small so that visits are made by people who are already familiar, and we introduce anyone new alongside someone you know.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Requires Improvement. We will not skirt around it. We have accepted the findings, we are working to a clear improvement plan, and we will answer questions about progress honestly rather than defensively. Anyone considering us deserves that much.
If you are looking at care at home in Nottingham, please get in touch. We are happy to visit, listen properly and tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.
