About Us

Exclusive Therapies provides care and support to people in their own homes in Saltburn by the Sea and the surrounding part of North Yorkshire. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions or an eating disorder, people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss, and people dealing with alcohol or drug misuse.

Supporting that range of needs means listening carefully before planning anything. Every arrangement begins with a visit and a proper conversation about what is actually difficult, what the person wants to keep doing for themselves and what would make the greatest difference.

From there, our support may include personal care, prompting and help with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, shopping, laundry and housework, or support to get out to appointments, education or activities.

Our staff are trained for the specific needs they support and supervised properly, and we keep teams consistent wherever the rota allows, because being supported by somebody who knows you is a completely different experience from being visited by a stranger.
