We work with people living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship matters more than anything else, and with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we announce ourselves, speak and explain so that nobody is talked over. We also support younger adults, whose care is built around work, study and family. We work hard to keep the same small team around each person, because continuity makes everything else possible. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are genuinely pleased about that, and clear that it has to be earned again every week.
