About Everlasting Care

Everlasting Care provides support at home for people across North Shields and the wider North Tyneside area. Our work is to supply the help that makes staying at home genuinely workable, fitted around a life already in progress. We support people living with dementia, where familiar rooms and steady routines carry a great deal on their own, and we work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with a physical disability, and people who have sight or hearing loss. What we actually do varies widely: personal care, medication and meals for some, and for others help with cooking, shopping, managing money, getting out and about, and keeping in touch with the people who matter. Support is agreed with the person and includes what they would rather continue doing themselves. For autistic people we pay particular attention to routine, clear communication and proper notice before anything changes. We review arrangements as life moves on, and we plan for continuity so that people are not forever explaining themselves to somebody new. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Good. If you are looking into support at home in this area, please get in touch and we will talk it through honestly.
