About Us

Ant and Bex Lodgings provides support at home for people living in Wellingborough and the surrounding parts of North Northamptonshire. We support adults across a fairly broad range of needs, and the common thread is that we shape our help around the person rather than around a label.

We visit older people who need a hand with personal care, medication, meals or mobility. We support people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who want support that keeps them independent. We also work with people affected by alcohol or drug misuse, which in our experience calls for consistency, patience and an absence of judgement more than anything else. People are not written off here for having a difficult week.

Support is agreed with the person, including what they would rather do for themselves, and reviewed as circumstances change. We aim to send familiar carers, because trust is what allows somebody to be honest about how they are actually getting on.

We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather say so plainly.
