About Involvement Support

Involvement Support provides care and support in people's own homes across Corby and the wider North Northamptonshire area. Our aim is straightforward. We give people enough support to carry on living where they want to live. We visit older people and younger adults. Support may cover personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and often company as well. We work with people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss. Everything begins with an assessment in the person's own home and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. Some households need a great deal. Others need surprisingly little, and it is our job to say so rather than to sell a bigger package. The plan belongs to the person, and we change it as their needs change. We schedule so that the same carers visit the same people as far as the rota allows. Familiar staff notice when something is not right, and people should not have to explain their own routine over and over. Carers are trained for the needs of the people they will actually be visiting, and they are supervised properly rather than left to manage alone. If you would like to discuss support at home, please contact us and we will arrange to visit.
