About Us
Norvic Healthcare Anglia provides care at home for people across Norwich and the surrounding parts of Norfolk. We support a wide range of needs, and what holds the work together is building support around the individual rather than fitting them into something ready made.
Our carers visit older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals and mobility, and we support people living with dementia in the place where familiar routines already carry so much weight. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults. Our team additionally supports people living with an eating disorder and people affected by alcohol or drug misuse.
Support is agreed with the person and reviewed as circumstances change, with familiar carers wherever we can manage it.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Requires Improvement. We would rather put that in front of you now than have you come across it later. We took the findings seriously, we have been working through them steadily, and we are willing to discuss the detail with anyone who asks.
