About Us
Here at Ontime Response Healthcare in King's Lynn, Norfolk, we provide home care support to people living in their own homes across the local area. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments, and we genuinely believe that receiving care at home should feel comfortable, respectful, and personal to each individual.
We know that inviting someone into your home to help with your daily life is a big step, and we do not take that trust lightly. Our team works hard to make sure that every person we support is treated with dignity and that their preferences and routines are listened to and respected. Whether someone needs help with personal care, assistance getting through the morning, or more regular support throughout the day, we aim to fit around the person rather than expecting them to fit around us.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and, like many providers, we are working through a period of improvement following our most recent inspection. We want to be honest about that. We have taken the feedback seriously and we are actively making changes to strengthen our practice, our oversight, and the consistency of the care we deliver. We think it is important that families and those looking for support can make informed decisions, and we would always encourage people to speak with us directly about where we are in that process.
King's Lynn and the surrounding area is our community too, and we care about getting this right for local people. If you are considering care at home for yourself or someone close to you, please do get in touch with us. We are happy to talk through what support might look like and answer any questions you have.
