About Us

At One to One Home Care Agency, we support people across Great Yarmouth and the wider Norfolk area to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. We believe that familiar surroundings matter, and that the right support at the right time can make a genuine difference to how someone experiences their day.

We work with a broad range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or visual and hearing impairments. Because each person we support has their own routines, preferences, and priorities, we take time at the outset to understand what matters most to them and to build care around that, rather than asking people to fit around a set routine that does not suit them.
