About Us
At Supreme Care, we provide home care support to people living in Ealing and the surrounding areas of London. We work with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, people managing mental health conditions, physical disabilities, visual or hearing impairments, and those in recovery from alcohol or drug misuse. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live well in their own homes, on their own terms.
We know that inviting someone into your home to provide care is a significant decision, and we do not take that trust lightly. From the very first conversation, we take the time to understand what matters to each person, not just their care needs on paper, but how they like their day to go, what they enjoy, and what they want to hold onto in terms of independence. Care looks different for everyone, and we build our support around that.
Our team is carefully selected and consistently supported, because we believe the quality of care someone receives is directly linked to how well looked after our staff feel in their roles. We invest in training and make sure our carers have the knowledge and confidence to support people across a range of complex needs, including specialist areas such as dementia and mental health.
We are proud to have received a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine commitment our team brings to this work every day. That said, we are always looking at how we can do better and we actively welcome feedback from the people we support and their families.
If you would like to find out more about how we can help, please do get in touch. We are always happy to have an honest conversation about whether we are the right fit for you or your loved one.
