About Us

At Favoured Health Care CIC, we provide home care support to people living in Morden, Merton and the surrounding areas. We work with older adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, individuals managing mental health conditions, and people with physical disabilities or visual and hearing impairments. Our focus is on making sure each person we support can live comfortably and with confidence in their own home.

We are a community interest company, which means the people we support are genuinely at the heart of everything we do. We are not driven by profit. We are driven by the difference we make to the lives of real people in our local community. That matters to us, and we think it matters to the people who choose us to support them or their loved ones.

We take the time to understand each person as an individual. Everyone who comes to us has a different story, different routines, different needs and different preferences. We build care around that, not the other way around. Whether someone needs a short visit each day or more regular support throughout the week, we aim to provide consistency so that familiar faces and trusted relationships can develop over time.

We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of Good. We see that as a reflection of the care and thought that goes into how we work, though we are always looking at how we can improve and do better.
